Did you know that Wildwood Park is home to one of the tallest birds in Pennsylvania… the Great Blue Heron! Join a Naturalist to learn about the behaviors and adaptations of these majestic birds. Participants will read and talk about Great Blue Herons, do a craft and an outdoor activity. Program will occur outside at the Kunkel Pavilion, the small pavilion located to the left of the Nature Center. Registrants must be accompanied by a chaperone for the duration of the program; a maximum of one chaperone per child. Space is limited. Pre-registration required.
