Have you ever looked at a bird egg? They come in many different colors and sizes. They even have different shapes! Join a Naturalist for this hands-on program to get a close-up view of the parts of the egg; investigate how eggs form and get their color; and explore why eggs are different shapes and sizes A short hike to investigate places birds build nests to lay their eggs will follow. The program will wrap-up with a fun activity to color hard-boiled eggs a new way! Registrants must be accompanied by a chaperone for the duration of the program. A maximum of one chaperone per child is permitted. Space is limited. Pre-registration required.
