Wild animals are all around us, but we do not always get to see them. But, they sometimes leave clues to help us learn where go as they travel about Wildwood. Join a Naturalist to discover how to identify wildlife from tracks and scat. Explore walking patterns and basic tips in track ID and investigate the shape and contents of different animal’s scat. This program will be indoors and outdoors and include a short trek to search for signs of wildlife, especially scat and tracks. Please dress for the weather. Snow on the ground is helpful but not necessary. Registrants must be accompanied by a chaperone for the duration of the program. A maximum of one chaperone per child is permitted. Space is limited.
Each child will receive a topic-themed book thanks to our sponsor Altrusa International of South Central, PA
