Snapping Turtles are currently laying eggs on the edges of trails and in the flower beds. Please give the mother’s space and observe from a distance.

Both the Delta and North Boardwalks are open.

The Boardwalks are closed due to icy conditions.

The Boardwalks are open, and remain a bit icy, please walk cautiously.


November 10

A Brant has been seen on the Lake amongst the Canada Geese.


October 30

Green-winged Teal, Gadwall, Northern Shoveler, Wood Duck, American Wigeon, Northern Pintail, Ring-necked Duck, American Black Duck and even a Eurasian Wigeon have been spotted on the lake.

Celebrate Wildwood Festival is TODAY! Join in on the fun from 10AM-2PM!

Wood Ducks continue to dazzle park visitors. They can most commonly be found in the Canal along the Towpath Trail.

Run Wild for Wildwood 5K/10K is TODAY from 7-11AM. Please plan to come to the Park after the event.

The Swamp Rose Mallow is in full bloom! Enjoy the gorgeous pink and white blossoms.

Glossy Ibis and Immature White Ibis have been seen on the Lake in the last few days.
