A Mississippi Kite was photographed in Wildwood this week. This is a rare species for south central PA.

Snapping Turtles are laying eggs at this time in flower beds and along the trails. Please give them their space.

An American Coot was spotted on the Lake. These birds are often seen alone.

A Sora, a solitary quail-sized wading bird, was heard and seen in a patch of cattails along the edge of the Lake by the Mulch Pile on the Towpath.
